With the increase in restriction of a number of chemicals by many large retailers and well-known brands with the help of their Restricted Substance Lists (RSL), the aim of Inkcups is to be able to create an ink that can fully comply and pass several strict compliance tests. The SB Eco Series has been designed to be eco-sustainable and it is also classified as a non-toxic ink with the presence of heavy metal-free pigments. Therefore, harsh chemicals such as aromatic hydrocarbons, azo dyes, cyclohexanone, formaldehyde, PAH, and persistent organic pollutants are not present in the inks.

With the attainment of the ISO DIS 6330 compliance, it means that the SB Eco Series inks meet the domestic washing and drying procedures required for textile testing. In this case, it means that the inks have maintained the image fidelity even after 25 home washes and 50 industrial washes, which is a marker that states the durability of the ink and how it can last on apparel.
